This was really cute. The worst kind of frenemies. One where you can't help but feel attracted and annoyed with the guy at the same time. These books were on the free list on my nook book. They are great, entertaining, quick reads. The stories are fun and quirkey. I couldnt help but roll my eyes a few time, but smiled at tge same time.Gabe is your resident playboy. Eliza is your sweet girl next door with a foul mouth and attitude to match. (just my kind of girl) Gabe pulls the biggest prank of all time to teach Eliza a lesson. But in the end, I think he learned his own lesson. overall great read! would recommend. and like I said the entire series is free on nook and probably on Kendle too! So my rating went down from the first book, which I rated three stars, to this book which is getting only two. First and foremost: the grammar! All of those same grammatical errors from the first book are found in this book as well, which is really frustrating because I find myself highlighting those mistakes instead of paying attention to the story...hence: grammatical errors distracts the readers from the story!Second, Gabe and Eliza's characters were extremely juvenile. Their emotions were all over the place, it was so very difficult to identify with these two characters as they both acted like over grown children. The time line in the book was unspecified, so very confusing. It had the potential of a great story but the author needs a better editing team, expanded plot line, more detailed characters and time frames. All in all a major rewrite.The only reason I'm reading the third book is because I got it for free, if not, after this poor second showing I wouldn't have even bothered...Consider the 2 stars a bonus for the hot sex scenes...that's it...
