I really enjoyed this book and the concepts it presents. I believe that in this day of social media, it's important that your company is "likeable". Dave Kerpen gives examples of companies that are doing it right and how you can make sure that your company does it right. At the end of each chapter are action items to apply to how you run your company.This is going to be a book I recommend to people who want to understand the impact that social media can have on their business. It's also going to be a gift book. I bought it for my son for his birthday! :-) This is the best guide to social media for business that I have ever read. As a professional in the space, I learned a few things, and was reminded of many other important things.Dave understands that giving away valuable content is the driving force behind creating raving "fans" and this book is no exception to that commitment. He presents clear principles of social media success in easy to read chapters that build on each other.Half way into the book I went online and ordered 14 copies for select people in my organization. If that doesn't qualify as my endorsement then you'll have to just see that I liked it on Facebook.
