I loved this book. It was given to me by my sister-in-law because I asked for advice on devotionals. This book paints a beautiful picture of how women should see themselves as a powerful lioness and accept our Jesus as the Lion. She relates each quality of the lioness to what we can be doing as women in leadership roles for all those around us and quotes scripture to back it up. If this doesn't spark your desire to be and do more as a daughter of God I'm not sure what will. I love seeing myself as a lioness! This book is an amazing wake up call to all women who feel left out by the often male dominated church. It inspires us as women to arise like lionesses to protect our young and our men. Using scripture and God given revelation she speaks into the insecurities the enemy has placed in our lives to keep us timid and downtrodden. Find your inner lioness and join with your sisters to take back your place in God's kingdom.
