As much as I enjoyed the characters, romance, and adventure, what really touched me about the book was the heroine's heartache over multiple miscarriages. As someone who has miscarried multiple times myself, the emotion was so real and I felt how debilitating the memories were for her. This seems like a depressing thing, but conversely, it wasn't, and made the characters that much more real for me. Thrilling I read this book last June, but had forgotten to publish my review!I really loved reading LORD & LADY SPY by Shana Galen.It's a wonderful historical romance packed into a thrilling adventure!I loved her two characters Adrian & Sophia! I could not put it down. This story is fast paced, filled with intrigue and hot sexy scenes that kept my interest until the end. I highly recommend this book. Ms. Galen is a great author and I am never disappointed.I am looking forward to read TRUE SPIES & THE SPY WORE BLUE!
