To be pursued relentlessly yet cautiously would be awesome right? Lucky girl that Allie! For someone who is an expert at avoiding romance and certainly love Allie has met her match with Mike. Mike will make your heart swell and your soul swoon. Similar in humor and writing style to its predecessor Love Realized, you get more of the gang who hangs together but centers around Allie and Mike. One of my favorite female protagonist, Gillian from Love Realized, is present and continues to be the nucleus of the group for me. A story about mature adults that mature people will enjoy. I really like the book. Is all about second chances and forgivness.I Love Melanie's writting, the way she described the feelings are amazing, I was literally living the story with Allie and Mike. I started to cry from the Prologue.Our heroes, Allie and Mike, are for me, real heroes, they experienced the lost of love and found the way of have it again. Of course nothing is easy when you dont know how. My oppionion the story is simply A MUST READ. I think you would love it too. FIVE STARS for Love Resisted.
