This started out so well but at about the halfway mark started to really drag. The concept of the story was good and I loved that the characters from Belle Aurora's "Friend Zoned" series.Grant and Elizabeth were good characters even if some of the stuff they did made me want to scream. Elizabeth's best friend Maya... I really didn't like her, It felt like she didn't have her friends best interests at heart (trying to talk Elizabeth into moving cities to be with someone whom she's already said shes not in love with?!) and I would be totally peeved if my best friend (who was all up in my business all the time) kept her relationship secret for 6 months. I was slightly disappointed with this book. I really wished there was more build up between the characters relationship and I felt it came out of nowhere or I didn't get enough background on her working for him.I got annoyed that she assumed everything. I also would hate to have her job. nothing dramatic or spectacular happened in this one and unfortunately there isnt enough that I would want to continue the series.
I loved this book! I'm a sucker for a sweet love story that pulls at your heartstrings.
