What a hilarious piece of work! I could not keep the silly, giddy grin off of my face. I must say, this author is a master at character development. Candice was so believable and her personality never wavered. Casey was successfully able to create a witty and intriguing world. The characters' personalities never once crossed over or got confusing because of their unique traits and voice and this is what I loved the most about the story. Negatives are few. Insta-love! That will be all :) 06.13.14I just had my dose of laughter after reading this one. I most definitely love the banter between Ian and Candice. They seem like fighting but the sweetness oozing from their smartass comments made me swoon to death. “You awake?” Ian asks.I crack one eye open. He’s wearing a t-shirt and shorts. It’s dark outside.“I am now, fool.” I close my eye and try to fall back to sleep. My head is killing me.“The discharge instructions say you need to take these pills every six hours.”I don't know but reading the book makes the quotation mentioned above swoon worthy. They almost wanted to kill each other with the they angst they've been keeping bottled up inside them, and when it burst. They attacked each other. Not in a bad way though. I'm glad I also had a chance to witness Ian and Candice find themselves in each other along with Andie and Mack, they're a whirlwind of disaster! I haven't laughed in a long time like I did here. I missed Shine Not Burn but this one did a funny thing inside me as well.
