No I can't say that I liked it. The story is okey, I have nothing to complain about than it comes to that it is the "love" I can't stand. I mean maybe I'm slow, it took me two years of friendship with my husband before anything romantic occured and after that it took five years and one child before we got married so, okey I know people move faster that that but really one good lay and you helplessly in love, the never ending kind? I don't think so. This could have been so good. First it was too short. There was so much that was rushed, so many good ideas were left dangling it was disturbing. D. J. Manly kept giving us a glimpse of a character and then just dropping the thread and moving on. What was the bad guy's motivation? What was up with Cat? How did the cops family handle the whole gay thing? We really know nothing about Ice except he has a sister, his parents were killed. My other point of frustration was Fuller. I felt if D. J. Manly had put tits on him he would easily have been a woman. Not an effeminate man, no a woman. Thats the way this character read for me. I found it so frustrating.
What do You think about Melting Ice 1 (2006)?
Yes, two hot guys, a touch of suspense. It was an easy read. Enjoyed this one.
