This is the third of the Julie O'Hara series, and the third that I have read. Julie has authored a book on body language and is taking a cruise, providing a talk on body language and her book. Julie and her husband, as special guests, are seated at the Captain's table, along with some other "special" guests. One of these guests ends up overboard and it is pretty clear that it wasn't by accident. The other guests are to some extent pretty shallow, including the husband of the victim, giving him a perfect motive. But then, as Julie tries to figure out who the murderer is, it seems that many of those at the Captain's table, including the Captain himself, may have had a motive. The twists and turns come quickly as the mystery has to be solved before the ship docks.I've enjoyed the first three, although Castle Cay was my favorite so far. I look forward to the fourth. Julie O'Hara, body language expert and her boyfriend PI Joe Garret is on a cruise to hawk Julie's new book Clues, as well as doing a few seminars and interviews. The cruise is going well until Joe decides to have too much fun with the alcohol and Adrienne Paradis falls over board. Suddenly everyone is a suspect in Julie's mind and she uses the last few days of the cruise to learn the truth of how Adrienne Paradis went overboard. Everyone has secrets, they rather keep to themselves as Julie pushes to find the answers and expose the killer. This story is interesting with plenty of twists and turns to keep the pages turning. Its never who you expect the killer to be. Worth the time to read.
What do You think about Mystral Murder (2012)?
very cleverly written. Kept me on the edge of my chair. I will be reading more by Lee Hanson

the ghost presence is unnecessary and a little distracting, but overall it was enjoyable.
