I expected this novel to be good. My fellow reviewers gave this novel high ratings. I didn't expect this novel to be so good. It started off a little slow and I wondered, 'Why did I order this novel from the library?' It didn't help that I thought the cover page was cheesy though the title seemed clever to me. Fortunately, this novel impressed me. I thought that the main character was very relateable. I thought the author's interpretation of vampires was very interesting. I thought that the mystery was very clever. I even liked (two of) the main character's romantic interests. I would read this novel again! I'm bummed that it ended so quickly (it's on the short side). I would recommend this novel. I really, really, really wish that Tamara Summers would write a sequel. There are so many places that she could go with it. With this being said, I did find the ending to be satisfying. It's cute!!! I love cute and lovely story where there are a lot of yummy boys!!! This is it. A story of a unique vampire girl and her cute boys. I love the boys, especially Milo. It's very dissapointing that he is a... (find it yourself). The story is not like a general vampire story like twilight or anything else. It's not boring at all. You'll always guess who is the murderer of Tex. Love it so much!!!
I am NOT a fan of the vampire genre. But this book absolutely suprised me. I highy recommend.
