I loved Amy and Rick's story. I always like when the curvy girl gets the guy. Although Amy has some self image issues, they weren't crippling like so many books nowadays write about. She was still confident as a woman and went for what she wanted.Rick... Who wouldn't love a 6'2" international rock star right? The international rockstar that likes drumsticks and not matchsticks. Where have you been all my life?!?!? lolAll in all this was a very good read. A book about opening your eyes to the things you want and allowing ones self to take that leap of faith to get it. I absolutely have to read more of Amy and Rick's story with more HEA's! Amy and Rick. Things were moving a little too fast between those two. The setting, how they met, how they got along, how the industry is described - it's all very believable. The author obviously did extensive research. It's just the pace of it all that has me scratching my head. The characters were moving their story along so quickly, I never really felt I got to know them. Amy is bubbly and fun, and Rick is smart-ass thinker - but that's really all I know about these two. The story is too short, and too high paced to get under anyone's skin. It's the impersonal feel of it all that makes me dock it down to 3 out of 5 stars.
