I rarely write a review of the books that I read. Unfortunately my focus is usually about finding another book to get started on immediately. In the case of Tooth and Nail,(I can say this wholeheartedly) this is by far one of the best Zombie genre books I have ever read. And I have read quite a few. I have even read the authors other two novels(Infection and the Killing Floor), by the way, they were very good as well but I am still waiting for the third... But I digress. If you are looking for a new military focused zombie apocalypse novel or if you are just starting out in the genre. This is the book for you. I picked this one up from Adams post apocalyptic section. Not a bad read. The characters did run together a bit but the plot moved quickly and was compelling. the military component was new to me and was an interesting example of group dynamic. knowing nothing about the military, it seemed like a good representation of how the army would act. There were some sections that were a bit gory for my taste. the author also had an annoying habit of titling chapters with phrases from the next section which I found distracting. Overall, enjoyable and a good commuting read.
very gory and using the Army angle mad it more interesting. very fast read!!!!

Entertaining zombie novel with a primarily military focus set in New York.

Literatura de zumbi não é Shakespeare, mas é viciante.
