An hour? Two? Until dawn? Forever? When the park reopened in the spring would they find her emaciated corpse there like a low rent Miss Havisham? She looked out at the cold nothingness around her and wondered if she should even bother. She’d only known Joel for a few hours, had no idea what he really thought of her. All she had was the memory of their time together. The taste of his mouth, the smell of him, the feeling of him inside her.
