When I first started reading the book I wasn't very entertained and I could just predict everything before it happened. As I continued reading and got to the middle there was a big twist when Psyche had to complete the three tasks just to speak to Eros again! I was really into the ending. Especially when she had to travel to the under world to bring Eros's mother the box so complete all the tasks. When I got to the part were Psych was leaving the underworld and she got cut I got so hooked and read as fast as I could to find out what happened next! Over all I liked the book, but at some points it was really boring. I don't know what it was that I loved about this book. Really loved it. So it's a retelling of Psyche & Cupid. I Don't know what to really say about it. I liked that Psyche wasn't so attention needy. I mean yes she was a bit dramatic in that one part but if my boyfriend was Cupid I think I would be too. It was really good in my opinion, maybe I'm just a sucker for romance stories, especially those dealing with mythology. I recommend it.
