I read this while bored at work. It's a pretty short novella, and since I'm not familiar with the author and her/his work, I assumed that the characters are from an ongoing series.It's a short snapshot out of the life of Vic and Matt. There is one sex scene, a trip to the grocery store, and an attack by bikers where Vic showed his powers by taking them down. Yes, there is a paranormal slant in the storyline.It's not bad reading, and since m/m books are not my usual taste, I'm not sure if I'll be able to find out more of Vic and Matt's adventures. But if I stumble upon the author's other books, I wouldn't mind reading. Not as much content as some of the others, the story line was kind of broken up in 3 stages and didn’t have the best transition between sex in the laundry room, grocery shopping and the action of the parking lot bullies. I like Matt and Vic, I am not sure how the psychic powers work. It may interest me enough to find ‘The Bonds of Love’, it is apparently the novel that follows this mini-story.
What do You think about Parking Lot Hero (2000)?
First time I've come across this couple Matt and Vic. Definitely want to read more about them.
