This book is quite good in the way that i find interesting like the most books i read. We have the natural instinct of saying that something is interesting quite frequently. What do we say when something tops the last 'interesting thing'? Do we just sit back and use that one word again? What do we use? Amazing? We shouldn't use such stern and important words for the use and celebration of little things. But without celebrating the little things by using these phrases, do we not just become happier and filled with the warmth of knowing we have achieved something in our small (yet important) lives? Books like this are the nice shells that have that rainbow/purple glazed inside. We collect many on our path. But when do we ever look back to them when we pick and drop them? We loose the memories of these little books. And we don't look back. But for some time, i did. I never knew i would. In most of my book reviews in school, i have thought of this book. Why did i? I hadn't found this book that interesting. Was it because that it would be easy to review? Was it because it was 216 pages? I found that this book, in the time when i read it, was one of the only books that captured the essence of an actual person. Nothing glorified. Nothing that resulted in a girl passionately falling in love at first sight. If love is a real thing; its not that easy anyhow. Tiffany was passionate with; her life, books and career in reporting, but never had much thought of being in love head over heels. (NOTE: Unlike the hormone crazed teens that are in so many books and movies) 3.5 I guess. It was a really sweet story and I liked how it was written. It made me laugh quite a bit and I shed a few tears. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants company wallowing in that "what the hell do I do with my life now?" phase that we've all been through and sometimes go back to. It's a quick read through a nice story about a cool girl in a small town and her really great non-traditional family and friends. I enjoyed it.
