Have you ever read a book - and as good as it was (and this one is very good) you were just mad at the author for what was happening?This is such a book for me. I really enjoyed this book - the story was well written and I came to really like some of the characters (some - but not all).At one point though, I wanted to just close the book and not read anymore - I got really angry with what was happening - but wanted so badly to know what happened. Great tale of the rich and the reckless as they connive and plot against each other. Good picture of life in the fast lane and comes to a just end for many of the characters, although some should have met their maker sooner. But thats just me. This book is yet another example of a good read that is well worth your time and expands one's horizon, especially if you live in a small town and just have a bunch of stupid rednecks running around on Saturday night to liven things up. Have fun and put on some popcorn. It will have you wanting to go to New York.
