Great addition to the Inside Out Trilogy. Lisa Renee Jones has a suggested reading order including all the journals and I read them that way. As she says, it is not necessary to read the journals to read the books but I will say that they definitely enhance the story. It is interesting to read into Rebecca's deepest thoughts and desires about "him". It brings additional light to certain characters. These journals were short, but super hot and an awesome insight into things we only skimmed in If I Were you. They definitely whetted my appetite and made me eager to jump right into Being Me. The intrigue surrounding Rebecca and her disappearance is so awesome. Getting bits and pieces of her through her journals in the full length novels is great, but I really loved these lost journals. I loved reliving her experiences and comparing them to Sara's. I was fairly sure I knew who her Mast was, but was never sure how involved other's were in Rebecca's story. These journals continued to keep me guessing. These are must reads for anyone who loved If I Were You.
I like Rebecca, hope Mark gets his act together...
