I felt in love in book “Holding You” but “Releasing Me” took my breath away. I thought “Holding You” was emotional roller coaster but I was wrong. "Releasing Me" struck me on my knees !!!!Reading first book of this series I didn't know how broken Abby was. Her psychological and mental state was so weak. However she managed to stand up, cooperate with future but has never forget about her past. Fate was so cruel to Abby. Not one person would have survived all of this.Reading “Releasing Me” it was like a volcano of emotions. Events follow each other quite frequently. I have been totally shocked what happened in the Abby`s and Quinn`s life. How brutally Quinn had been for Abby. She was so strong and also so weak. All the emotions, betrayal, secrets, shocking twists, passion, addiction, tragedy you name it, this series had it. This is beautiful and epic love story!I was laughing with Addy and her humor. I loved every conversations between Abby and Quinn which were so smart and wise. This series is for mature audiences definitely. All events are so real and may occure in everyone`s life.Read this book, you will not be disappointed! Wow, my heart has been ripped out, trampled, pulverised and put back in my chest. This book really messed me up. I was not happy with most of the choices that Addy & Quinn made, it was soooo heartbreaking and painful that I had to wipe the tears off my iPad whilst reading....ugh!. I also swore a lot, there were many WTF moments and I nearly gave up. Glad I didn't because there were some really beautiful moments as well (the letters were so beautiful) also Quinn's POV. Quinn should actually get his own book. This story will stay with me a long time and I really love Jewels' writing. She is such a smart, witty, passionate writer. 4.99 stars. Took .01 for the unnecessary pain that Addy & Quinn inflicted on each other. It was just too much.
What do You think about Releasing Me (2014)?
