That spring we went looking for some land; Lee needed a warehouse for shipping distribution and manufacturing as well as his Energy Shots took off like a jet. We searched for something big enough to meet the needs of my fiancés vision. We found some commercial property that sat on 82 acres of land. There was a warehouse that had been barely used; in great condition. Lee got the number and called the realtor. When he got off the phone we held hands and said a prayer to the Creator.
An hour later a very old and withered white man met us on the property. We took a walk through and it was really in great condition. If we did make a deal today, the only out of pocket expenses that we would have to make were to put in some insulation and give it a new roof.
I walked off and let Lee and Mr. Hoffenburger handle the business side of things. After about an hour of what I thought was negotiating; they were talking about sports.
