The two protagonists are a widow and widower whose spouses were unfaithful - with the other's spouse. Pretty interesting premise and she handled the way they carried the baggage of their failed marriages with finesse. That is until the last 2 or 3 chapters, then it mutated into soft porn, not offensive, just boring. Why, Ashley, why? I suppose it’s all in the interest of selling books, guess I just wasn’t expecting a Harlequin Romance. This was such a good book. I wouldn't expect anything else from Ashley March (Elise Rome). I loved how she made Leah act out her anger from her low down cheating husband. lol. The book sort of tried to have you see the side of the spouses that cheated. I was never able to do that, but I sure felt the sadness, anger and betrayal of Leah and Sebastian. I was so happy that they were able to find happiness and true love with each other. This is a book I could read over and over again. I loved it!

A beautiful novel full of poignancy and emotionally rich characters. This is an author to watch.
