Another one in the series, picked up because I was sick last weekend and couldn't concentrate. This one is different from the others:the heroine is a Psy who has been tortured and rendered amnesic, and she is a trojan horse dropped off with a programme to kill within a certain time frame. The man who is her target is also charged with killing her- which makes for interesting reading. Great fireside relaxing read, with the usual suspense, romance and satisfactory ending we have come to expect from this author. Wow, I actually started bawling near the end because of how sad it was and how much it reminded me of people having to deal with their loved ones having a terminal illness. Of course, this being Nalini Singh the ending had a deus ex machina that made it all sunshine and rainbows but I wasn't expecting anything differently due to the nature of these books and just the precedent that she set with her other ones. All in all it was a really good read and Dev has definitely shot up in my ranking of the men.
What do You think about Ruf Der Vergangenheit (2011)?
This was an incredible book - very intense.
