Oh My Word.This is apparently one of Mina Carter's first published works. I love it.We meet Penny that was bitten by a werewolf. She is on the run from her previous pack alpha, Jimmy who is just a no-good idiot who want to oppress everyone in the pack by pain and violence. Penny is an alpha she-wolf, but everyone has kept her in the dark. She lives in a little town in the middle of nowhere in the hopes to keep safe. Problem is she is going into her heat and she is going through it with no male to "help her out". Chains and wolfsbane was going to keep her company.In steps hot and hunky Cade. He was a lone wolf who lived close to her previous pack. He was one wolf that Penny had an eye on, but was told - he was hands off. Well he was not impressed with her methods... you have to read yourself to see what happened there.Well the idiot Jimmy had to come and mess up everything. But he gets his due! Air fist punch! Yay!!!It was not the first time I read Mina's books and I loved them, so this was not a surprise that I love this one as well! #minacarter
