The Selection Stories had both the Prince and the Guard short stories as well as a Q&A with the author Kiera Cass, family trees and other information about the Selection series. The Prince- short- pointless since I didn't learn much more about Maxon then I already knewThe Guard- longer than the Prince, but still about 100 pages- more insight about Aspen and his relationships- learned more about the palace lifeExtras- interesting bits of information- would be great for the super fans of the seriesUnfortunately I'm not a super fan of the series, so I was thankfully that the stories were so short. I didn't learn as much about Maxon and Aspen then I thought I would. While I really liked reading from Maxon's perspective (The Prince), I hated reading from Aspen's (The Guard). He just annoys me to no end. I'm only giving this book two stars, because nothing really happens in it. And sure, it's just perspective changes so I wasn't expecting something big to happen, but the background of both characters could have been way more interesting. I found both stories to be a bit boring, to be honest, because there was so little new information. What I did really like was the bonus content. I love the playlists for The Selection and The Elite. Kiera has a good taste for music, that's for sure!
What do You think about Selection Storys - Liebe Oder Pflicht (2014)?
I really don't like novellas. I liked the bonus content the most.
