I sped through this one because I wanted the plot to progress and also because I can't wait to read about Hawke and Sienna's story! 3 more books to go before I finally unravel theirs.The plot in this one tackled more about the Alliance and their escalating power. Now the series has become truly complicated! Riley and Mercy are an okay couple for me. Mercy's a little stubborn that sometimes it annoyed me but only because she came out quite selfish and arrogant. Anyway, still live this though!

This is my second favorite book of this saga, I just LOVED IT! I laughed almost all the time, I love mercy's strength and self confidence and passion, like a LOT. She stole the show on this book. I also love Riley's more controlled force and calm appearance, but oh my, he does know how to play when he wants to ❤️.. Mercy has become one of my favorite characters of this books. I love strong females :D
