It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't quite good. The romance was extremely rushed, to the point of being unbelievable. But my biggest complaint is that some chapters were completely unnecessary...just filler. For example, one whole chapter was all about her getting an ID and signing up for medical insurance, and another chapter was about furniture shopping, grocery shopping, and a trip to Target. Now, don't get me wrong, I LOVE shopping at Target, but that doesn't mean I need a chapter to read about it. Oh, and let's not forget the whole, long paragraph about how she makes her coffee. The story has potential, though. I loved it. First off, Zoe is 100% my type of woman. She comes out swinging when she's done wrong. Then we meet Calvin who is a sweetheart, and just kind of perfect.Zoe's old life seems to be falling apart when her high school crush comes and sweeps her off her feet. The story grabs you and runs, and there are plenty of hot steamy scenes if you're looking for them. Definitely worth the read, I'll be recommending it.
What do You think about September Tango (2000)?
Quick easy read, however having mixed feelings with the ending it lack there of.
