Leighton Riley’s “Sinfully” is chock full of yummy sex. I like the story of Ryder and Payton, they have a great chemistry and their sex scenes are mmm mmm good. I like both of their backstories and there was a lot of detail to their characters. There’s one thing I would have preferred less of though…the details of their relations with other people. I know it’s probably more realistic in today’s day and age for them to both sleep around before deciding on each other, but I guess I’m old fashioned and prefer it when they’re all for each other once they do the deed. 4.5 Sinful Stars!This was the first book I have read by Leighton Riley, and let me tell you that she quickly moved to the top of my TBR list! I will buy EVERY book she writes!This story starts with Ryder, owner of a publishing company. On a recommendation of a friend, he skims through a self published book written by Reese Edwards. He cant seem to get enough of the one night stands Reece writes about having while in Vegas. Ryder becomes obsessed with signing Reece and after one too many refusals on her part, he travels to San Diego to locate her. Enters Payton, childrens book author. While Ryder is in San Diego he meets Payton and instantly is drawn to her. Payton tries to keep Ryder at a distant as she loses everyone she loves. Her passion is writing and going to Vegas to blow off steam. Can she be who Ryder has been looking for all along?I LOVE that as you know Payton writes under the pen name Reese Edwards, you actually get to see her transform into Reese and I love the sarcastic, head strong woman Reese is. Leighton has an amazing mix of humor, passion, and mystery wrapped into this book. I couldn’t put it down. I was second guessing myself at every turn.
