5 'Perfect little sexy short read' stars. This quick, easy to read mm story had everything in it I LOVE. 2 gorgeous male leads, best friends from childhood, a love of a lifetime, that perfect moment that never grows old when 2 'straight' best friends kiss. NEVER grows old. Connection to characters, storylines that take you on a journey. I cried. I smiled, and damn it was hot.Loved, loved, loved Bo and Dylan. I find this book quite likable. The story wasn't really what I'd read in a heartbeat but I like it. I'm not a sports fan but I've already read a few. Somehow, I liked it when they do a gay-star-athlete-coming-out-in-public thing. It always excite me and feels proud of stories like that. Another reason I read this book which will always be a factor of how I choose the books I read is the boyfriend-in-military thing or just the fact that there's someone who wields a gun involved. (I'm a sucker for them gun-wielding people.)However, this book didn't have the action I was thinking when I decided to read it. I was kinda disappointed but it was fine, both characters were easy to like and when the expected (Somehow I knew it was coming) turn of events came I almost cried because it was really saddening. Tho HEA or not there's always a collateral, isn't it?
What do You think about Six Ways From Sunday (2013)?
