Solving The Procrastination Puzzle: A Concise Guide To Strategies For Change (2013) - Plot & Excerpts
This is a pretty solid little "read" (I had it on audiobook). As a chronic procrastinator, I am always looking at ways that I can break this bad habit, and what I really liked about this is that the author actually uses real research to show how and why procrastination happens, and some strategies that one can use to help fight it. It's not earth shattering, but very useful, I think.I'll be checking out his blog and trying to use some of his recommended strategies. This was on an audible daily deal, since it had been best seller in regular book form, thought i’d give it a listen or try too. It is concise little audio book that suffers greatly from the author and/or publisher’s delusion that of “he who writes the book should read the book” Timothy A. Pychyl narration is just that bad. If one can get past the narration its a good book to add to the self improvement library.
What do You think about Solving The Procrastination Puzzle: A Concise Guide To Strategies For Change (2013)?
This is a very good book telling how YOU can stop procrastinating and get on with your life.
