A little long on details and slow on action in certain portions of the book. The main romance of the book is rehashed numerous times - teen angst, will he leave me, will he cheat - over and over again. The author does herself a little bit of a disservice since the plot is actually one that could sustain a great series. The heroine of the story is a strong character with a good story to tell, except when it comes to the main love interest, Hayden. I really enjoyed this book. The guy Hayden sounds sexy & dreamy - I like the bad boys :P I was up until 4am reading it totally hooked to the suspense and love/hate relationship of Tessa & Hayden. Veronica does a good job at keeping a good storyline there and moving along (no dull pages or chapters where it's just dragging) but the relationship between the two main characters is really what makes the story. Personally, I love that! If that's something you like too then I would highly recommend reading it.
Bit bland. Other reviews said focus not on the witchy part, and that is what I am after right now.
