This third installment of the Sugar Maple series fell a little flat for me. It was okay and I was glad to find out how the disappearance of the town where part two ended was resolved, but I don't think I will continue on with this series.Chloe and Luke go on a mission to figure out what happened to the town when it just disappears after the battle with Isadora. That mission leads them to Salem, where the creation of Sugar Maple happened. I don't want to do spoilers so I can't say much more, but the whole Salem connection struck me as sort of cliched and predictable and just was a bit of a disappointment. As I said, the story did get wrapped up well, but I lost interest with this book. For me, Chloe's story is over, even though I expect there will be more installments Está terminado o 3º volume da trilogia Sugar Maple! O final do 2º livro tinha-nos deixado com água na boca para saber o que ia acontecer a seguir... Por isso foi com entusiasmo que peguei neste livro para o ler. Nele são-nos revelados os segredos que estão por trás da vida da protagonista Chloe e da vila que ela ama, defende e quer proteger (Sugar Maple). Voltou o sentido de humor que tanto gostei no 1º livro e gostei do final, embora previsível... sem duvida que me parece possivel uma continuação desta história, que eu leria com prazer se vier a acontecer
