If you're a hopeless romantic like I am, then you are absolutely going to love this book! My heart was beating fast for the characters as they made life changing decisions to follow their hearts instead of their heads! The author writes with humor and charm, yet with enough suspense to keep you turning the page. Although you have a feeling everything is going to end perfectly, some parts were definitely not as predictable as others (a plus, of course!) Now if only I can find a real life Fung Shui Cupid.... I wasn't expecting much for this novella, being that it was free, but in all honesty it was a bit of a waste of time. Thankfully, it didn't take long to read. The down side to that was that I didn't engage with any of the characters because everything was so rushed.I think the author actually has the potential to be very good - I thought the dialogue and chemistry between the main characters was well written. But overall the story was completely forgettable and not even believable due to the number of things crammed into a 3-4 week time period. Unfortunately I won't be looking to read any more of the author's books any time soon.
