Wow! What a roller coaster. I'll admit I almost stopped reading in the beginning. This should come with a sub con warning of sorts... I was very uncomfortable through Part 1 with Jason's perspective. Part 2 gave us Aiden's perspective and it was totally different. As the novel turned into a mystery, I actually enjoyed it. Would I recommend it? I will but add a warning that the beginning is not what you think. Did I say too much or just enough to intrigue you to read it? I am a Finn Marlow fan so I was so tickled to see this free read! I loved possessive Aiden and stubborn and then sweet Jason and the unfolding mystery. To finally be with the man you love after years of longing, that’s good stuff! The two do a lot of arguing and Jase can be feisty-great chemistry between these guys, also lots of hot sex ensues and some very cool world building. This was a decent length story too, so I feel like we got a very satisfying meal-hope there’s a second course though! Sequel, sequel!
