Take No Prisoners - Operasi Pembebasan (2013) - Plot & Excerpts
This was OK. I thought it was really long, and I didn't care for the plot too much. The story started off in a casino, continues in Central America somewhere, and then it finishes off in the United States. I just didn't care for the hero or the heroine. I also felt like the whole romance part of it was resting on this literally one-week of them getting to know each other without any bad-guy-with-guns-situation hovering over them. I didn't find that believable. The writing was still good though. It was still detailed and suspenseful, so there's that. Action- Packed...I enjoyed reading this book as much as the first. If you like a little romance mixed in with a hot adventure, I recommend this book.It was written so realistic and vivid it felt like watching a movie. I could just picture it all and see the bullets flying.Cindy Gerard's extensive knowledge and/or research of South America, weapons and covert operations make her books rich in background and a true joy to read.

Another great book by Cindy. Although its not my fave (Sam's a bit too quiet) its still a good read.
