This is a 2.5 star for me. I am a fan of Ms. Braemel so it pains me to rate this only a 2.5. I can't say I really enjoyed this book. I like menage. I like kink stories. I love mmf. I just couldn't get into this book and I think it's because of the setting. It's a western w/ cowboys. I was hoping that because it's a Ms. Braemel book, I'd enjoy it which would be a 3. I didn't.The menage was good! The sex is HAWT! Ms. Braemel does a great job. The characters are okay. The interracial with the issue against Indian or half-breeds was a decent touch. I thought it was well done. The conflict in the story was also good. I just couldn't get into. :/I still think this is a well written menage and recommended for readers who love cowboys and Indians. Lovers Jackson and Nate are discovered in the barn of Sarah McLeod's Stepfather's making love by Sarah. She does not expect for them to discover her watching them. But when they do, they beg her not to tell anyone. But then her stepfather and stepbrother come in and misunderstand everything that happened and make Jackson and Sarah marry. Once Jackson marries Sarah he decides to be faithful to her. Eventually they fall in love, but Nate will miss having his best friend as a lover. When Sarah realizes that Jackson misses Nate she will make sure that their marriage includes Nate.
