Rating 4.5What a sweet book, the heroine is one of those really postive people in life, who despite being unemployed and broke is hopeful and wants to find a strong prince to help protect her inheritance and she finds Jake, who looks all angry at life and is perfect for her, he needs her she thinks to get love in his life and save his inheritance.The hero looks at her and wants her but he needs someone willing to accept a temporary marriage and not a dreamer but somehow he finds himself marrying her and then finds the shock of his life when she turns out to be a virgin and her inheritance, two nephews but still a deal is a deal and he takes her to Texas, installs her in his run-down ranch thinking she will run off screaming instead she loves the place and offers to clean it up and he finds his every negative turned into a positive, she bowls over the town people, defends him and keeps seeing the good in him and he can't resist her and gets angry at the thought of all the men in town wanting to be her husband.He didn't stand a chance against her and I loved the book.
