We meet Rever, who is bound to a wicked witch (change the w to a b) of a woman and who falls almost instantly in love with a human woman who he is supposed to be protecting while her new mate comes. What ensues is sexiness, and lots of explosive heat. I finished this one in a sitting and wasn't disappointed. Rever was sexy and Brenda was sweet and spunky. Great combo.
