My favorites are listed below:"His Forbidden Touch" by Shelly Thacker - was well written and sweetly erotic. There was a gem of intimacy shared between the characters long before the touching . . . I liked how the author describes the sound of the waters Ciara is bathing in and how those sounds alone add to Royce's desire and arousal. I will definitely purchase this novel because I want to know what happens next. By the way, I already love Royce for the strength he portrays, knowing his role, his duty and the honor thing but still, he finds a way (in this particular scene) to please Ciara and WHAT A PLEASURE!!! I have to read more! Storyline and writing are great!"Tales of the Shareem" by Allyson James/Jennifer Ashley - is a paranormal romance story. I've never read such a story so I was interested to say the least. I was pleasantly surprised by the plot and I like the two characters, Justin and Deanna - especially when the chains break that kept Justin restrained."Trust Me" by Lori Devoti - is a vampire romance novel. It has a damsel in distress sort of feel to it which I like for this particular story and the sex is good. I'm selective in regards to the type of vampires I like but I deserve to learn more about the characters presented here and those talked about but were unseen. This snippet left me wanting more.I hope that the three novels live up to my curiosity; I didn't mind that the stories started off in the middle because there were introductions to each story before the particular chapters were presented. The three above were my favorites and I intend to purchase the novels. When I was buying this book, my expectations were high. But I found that taking out the supposed hot, steamy scenes out of a book doesnt quite leave still steamy. Of the 10 excerpts, i found just one steamy, that for me is a sad score, considering. Oh wellSuffice to say it just goes to prove that you really need to build up a story, bulk it up, give it body then life and thus enjoyment will follow naturally from the reader!
What do You think about Ten Shades Of Sexy (2012)?
Meh. Nothing compelling enough to make me go buy any of these books.
