The Accidental Movie Star (2000) - Plot & Excerpts

Loved it. I got so mad at Caspain when he started blaming her though!!! Grr..That aside, I really liked this book. It wasn't too romantic, and definitely had a comical kick to it. I have one question for the author though. What is powder's real name? Seeing that this is a stand-alone novel, I don't think I'll stay sane if I have to continue to think of all the possible names for Powder. Please????? I love celebrity romances so I try to find more novels I can read on this genre. Last night, I came across a list and accidentally found this. I loved the blurb so I started reading this. The plot is not as believable as I thought it would be, and though I liked the story enough, I agree with most readers that the characters are underdeveloped. You just know that there's something lacking as you read the story. There are these steamy kisses they are practicing so Caz can better kiss the female lead on screen. I actually liked the idea but it's at the same time ridiculous for me. So maybe I'm ridiculous, too. Haha. Anyway, the characters did the kissing on the movie and I just lost my mind.I don't agree on how the conflict was solved towards the ending. It's just not how romance goes, I think. But anyway, it is what it is. At least they still have their own HEA. That worked for me.

How cute. This is a book for when you're in the mood for sappy and a bit silly.
