Reading about this family I come to realize I feel like I know them , that just show how good a writer Melody Ann really is!! Watching the youngest of the three brothers fall, was wonderful. Mark, is the one with the biggest heart, and I know I couldn't wait to see who his farther would match him with, and Emily was perfect. I adore how she writes her books, lets their love slowly begin, so nothing is rushed. I am so addicted to her books, the way she keeps the pace going through out the book. You get a little of all emotions when you read her books. I am glad, we have cousins to keep us entertained. I love the match making to much, and this next books should be as great as the last 3 have been. I highly say read all her books, I haven't read one by her I didn't like. I've re-read and amended my rating:If you're looking for complex plot and a challenging read, this is not for you. It's tricky to review a book like this as it's a simple feel good love story. I can't compare it to other books I read where there's detailed plot and character development as I read those books expecting different things. When I started reading this book, and others by this author, I was expecting a bit of heartache, characters refusing to admit they're in love, other people causing problems and misunderstandings, and eventually, a happy ending. All these elements are in this book and provided a pleasant few hours reading leaving me smiling at the end. This basic formula means that the structure is widely the same in the whole series but as I was expecting this and wanting a light read, I didn't mind. Perfect for the mood I was in when reading.Original review:It's a fun idea where the father is desperate to have a big happy family and to see his sons settle down so he goes about matchmaking behind his sons' backs. He brings women he choses into situations where his sons will meet them.Unlike the first 2 books, the son is not so unwilling this time and falls for a woman with a mysterious past and a son who has been hired to work on his ranch. There's more story and drama to this book than the previous two, it's not just boy meets girl, there's is some drama regarding her past.I find the writing a bit corny at times and found myself cringing, and use of words such as womanhood and heat had me groaning but not for desired reasons. Really? womanhood?
