Really enjoyed it. Gripping and emotional with characters I loved. My main complaint is that the proofreading seems a bit sloppy in places. Sometimes made it hard to tell if strange spellings/phrases were meant to be verbal quirks of the characters or if they were just typos. In general, I really liked it. However, I don't feel all that moved to get hold of the rest of the trilogy. The story feels reasonably complete to me as it is. I might do so, though, if only to revisit some of the characters. In all honesty I thought this book wasn't gonna be worth reading all the way through but no, that wasn't the case.Once I started this book, I couldn't put it down. You could feel the emotions, I wanted to scream when "The Riders" came along for Riley and little Ethan. Not gonna spoil what happens, but the characters and all out plotline were very thought out. An amazing read. And after reading the prequel, "Nessa: A Breeders Story" afterwards..I absolutely can't wait to get started on "The Believers."
