LOVED it!Such strong writing (as I am a stickler for that)!! And amazingly powerful characters, that know themselves and don't back down. Don't we all love those kind of human beings? They are so rare, but so beautiful! Story is amazing, painful, and utterly inspiring. The way our heroine handles her illness and setbacks is astonishing. Makes our every day problems seem minuscule. If you're on the fence, definitely have a read, because you will not be able to put this baby down Copy received through Netgalley for honest reviewI enjoyed every Jen Frederick book that I have read. This was not an exception to that rule. She us a phenomenal writer. Charlotte and Nate's story was epic. It began when Charlotte was 16 and Nate was 17. While I enjoyed the story, I did think it was a little long. The first half was slow for me. I enjoyed the 2nd half a lot. The older Charlotte was a strong independent woman. Some people may think she forgave Nate a little to easy, but going through what she did, you know tomorrow isn't promised. What happened to Nate was bad, but not worth a 9 yr separation.
What do You think about The Charlotte Chronicles (2000)?
SO MANY FEELS! it ripped my heart open and put it back together and i loved every minute of it!!
