This is the 4th in the series and another one I could not put down. This follows Nadia Carmichaels story..If you read the 3rd one - you will have met in in this book..She is the twin sister to Diana Moore..They found each other after years of being apart and never knowing each other existed..Nadia's life was nothing like Dianas..She was born with a heart defect and no one wanted to adopt her..Diana was the adopted daughter of a Senator.Nadia just seems like bad luck follows her. She is pregnant by Diana's fiance. Rick doesn't want the child and leaves her..Nadia struggles as Diana wants nothing to do with her..But when she winds up in the hosptial in need of a heart transplant, Diana returns to help. What a wonderful uplifting book.I would not miss this series. THE COLOR OF A DREAM by Julianne MacLeanJesse and Rick are brothers but they couldn’t be more different. Rick is charming and a womanizer while Jesse is more steady and true. When Jesse’s girlfriend left him for Rick and later became pregnant and died, they had a huge argument and hadn’t spoken for ten years. In the meantime, Nadia had Rick’s baby and a heart transplant. He wanted nothing to do with the baby until he became sterile; now he wants custody. Nadia has been experiencing flying dreams since her transplant. She is worried that she will lose custody of her little daughter to Rick and his fiancé.There are a few characters from previous books by Julianne MacLean. It is always interesting to see these characters and how they have moved on with their lives. THE COLOR OF A DREAM moves along at a good pace with fascinating characters and a heart warming story. Her color series all have an interesting paranormal twist.
Simply mesmerizing. This entire series of books is nothing short of brilliant.
