I'm glad she found a new beaux and I have to say I somehow thought their meeting was a little too preconceived, even though it was really funny. Sometimes I scoff at her uppity personality but I can understand her squeamishness mixed with curiosity too. A very reflective coming of age trilogy. It's been a while since I read color of earth so I kind of want to go back and read it to remember the references to the first 2 heartbreaks Ahhh, the lovely and rare stories about a mother and daughter. :) As Ehwa continues on the path to womanhood, she both begins to learn from and empathize with her mother more, but also to come into friction with her more often. Add in a new young man who makes her heart flutter like a butterfly's wings and someone who threatens to come between them, and I found this book even more engrossing than the last. (and I have to admit loving a story that talks about female masturbation as a positive thing in a woman's life, rather than a must-not or something done for the sake of the man in the story or one reading the story).
What do You think about The Color Of Water (2003)?
Hadooooh Ehwaaaa....jadi inget waktu pertama kali jatuh cinta...hahaha....
