The Complete Mackenzies Collection (2000) - Plot & Excerpts
I read this book and put the reviews on each book on the book's page. I really enjoyed this book. I liked all the books within and would keep this on the bookshelf. I had checked it out, but if I run across it I would get it so I could read it again and again. I really enjoyed the horse aspect of this book, I've always liked them and wished I could ride. This book gave me incentive to look into riding/care lessons. I hope you enjoy it like I did. Enjoy! :) It was great re-reading the MacKenzies again. There is something almost timeless about MacKenzie's Mountain with Wolf and Mary. The kids' stories aren't half bad either. I'm glad that Linda Howard refrained from writing stories about the grandkids though, I don't think I could handle not having Wolf and Mary around.I don't know how many times I've re-read these stories, but they are always pleasurable reading to me.The only complaint I have with this book collection is that they put Chance's story before Maris's, thus breaking the chronological order. Luckily there was a Table of Contents :)
