Mohler understands that leadership is developed intentionally and purposely. This is not just a book on leadership, but a book on Christian leadership. All good Christian leaders are effective leaders, but not all leaders are exemplary Christian leaders. This book will challenge the thinking and priorities of every Christian in a position of leadership, whether as a pastor, as an educator, politician, or parent. Don't waste your leadership. Every self-led person who to some measure or another leads one or more people ought to have the framework and long perspective of their influence. This volume by a tried and succeeding leader will simply clarify the framework and perspective of leadership yet properly overwhelm you (not like you need the reminder) of the gravitas and joy of shaping your portion of civilization. Crisp, engaging and balanced by helpful anecdotes.

I'm sorry. I love Dr. Molher's work. But I could not get into this book. I stopped reading it.
