Oh Emma!!! I found myself wanting to fly into this book and shake some sense into the girl. In book 2 of this series Emma and Brandon are together. They've gone public, they are working on growing as a couple. Then Des comes into the picture.I hate Des. I knew she was bad news and I hated how easily she intimidated and manipulated Emma. I was so frustrated with Brandon's sense of responsibility for a woman who was obviously such a snake in the grass.I was totally frustrated with the lack of communication on Emma's part and her unwillingness to listen and hear what Brandon was saying. Her complete refusal to be reasonable drove me nuts. Then she explained and I started to understand just as Brandon did. I hated watching both Brandon and Emma suffer. Thankfully Jessica Wood still loves her readers and she cleans up the mess these two have made of their relationship and my heart was happy in the end. I would like to dream about my future husband before I ever met him, but it would also be weird to meet the man in your dreams. Emma and Brandon really did belong together, because they were both willing to sacrifice for one another and in the end it paid off. I was afraid when Emma called Damian because I thought she would sleep with him and then Brandon wouldn't forgive her. I didn't care for Des at all, I just don't understand how anyone could do that to another person, but I am glad that she realized she was coming between true love. Overall I was on the edge of my seat throughout the book waiting to see what came next. Jessica is a great author, keep the books coming. I recommend this series to everyone.
