In all honesty, I'd give this book 2.5 stars.It's an okay short story. It's written well enough, nothing deep and emotional and there are some editing errors.However, a short story that sells itself as a 'prequel' or a back story sort of book (as most '.5' books are), I was disappointed that there was zero resolution to the story of Chris and Wes.From what I can see, book 2 is about a whole other couple. I'm assuming, since we had a fade to black sex scene, this was the authors first attempt at m/m? And if it isn't, than there could have been a bit more added to their first time together.All in all, it was a decent short read, but I'm glad it was free. Cute short story with Wolf and Dragon shifters being hunted by humans.Westley Stone is a werewolf shifter who is being prepared to take over as Alpha of the pack by his father. Westley is deep in the closet until he falls for his savoir, Chris Knucker, the Dragon shifter. There isn't much character development because this is a very short story, but still a cute fluff read.64 pages and kindle freebie2 stars
