This was a remarkably quick read.I think the majority of the book is spent in dialogue at the beginning of the book. I found I really enjoyed it, but I guess this is why historical romance writers add in the confusion and garbage that irritates readers so much - you're left reading 112 pages.I found this adorable, a great read for the beach or if you're in need of something fluffy. I will make this short and sweet.... I loved this book! Reminded me of Sally Mackenzie's books. A fun and charming romp. I immediately went to see what else she has written... I was disappointed to find she only has one other book out. I promptly bought it... it ties in to this book... being the Duke's brother's story. Looking forward to another pleasant afternoon reading The Irresistible Miss Peppiwell.
