What do You think about The End Of The Rainbow (2001)?
One of my favorite series now. I like books that thrive on positive. Austin and Rain are now married with their 16 yr.old daughter Summer. Her brother Roy lives on the property as well in a house he has constructed. He is married to Glenda, who has a son one year older than Summer. Roy and Glenda had a daughter that died in childhood due to an incurable disease. The book mostly deals with the life of Summer after her 16th b-day party. When I read these novels back in the day I would have given them 3-3.5 STARS and now would say about one StarI started reading VC Andrews books in the 1991 and stopped about 2003. I have read:-Dollanganger Series-Casteel Series-Cutler Series-Landry Series-Logan Series-Orphans Series-Wildflowers Series-Hudson Series-Shooting Stars Series-DeBeers Series-Broken Wings SeriesAs a preteen reading these novels was a rebellion and the gothic theme also seemed cool. I stopped reading this author because the novelty wore off, the novels are too formulaic that I could not tell one book from another and gothic aspect was lost.

"The End of the Rainbow" was a happy conclusion to the Hudson series. After reading through all the trials that Rain is put through during the previous novels it is comforting to read this companion guide and find out that Rain's life has been good. On it's own this novel was very pleasant and unlike most V.C. Andrews novels, ends perfectly. If you do not want to read the Hudson series I still suggest this as a novel which is a quick and easy read that may cause you to want to look further into other V.C. Andrews novels.
